Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any software products from MX Modules (referred to as "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon subscribing, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the software on one (1) WHMCS installation
• Use the software for your own business purposes
• Receive updates and support while your subscription is active

Each subscription is valid for a single domain. Additional domains require additional subscriptions.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All modules, source code, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of MX Modules. Your purchase grants you a license to USE the software, not ownership of it.

We retain all intellectual property rights including:

• Copyright to all source code and documentation
• Trademarks and brand elements
• Proprietary algorithms and methods
• Future updates and improvements

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the software
• Share your license with third parties
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software on more installations than licenses purchased
• Use the software for illegal purposes

5. Subscription & Support

Our modules are offered as monthly subscriptions. While your subscription is active, you receive:

• Full access to the software and all features
• Email support for installation and usage questions
• All updates including bug fixes and new features
• Access to documentation and knowledge base

You may cancel anytime. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• After that, you must remove the software from your installation
• You will no longer receive updates or support

6. Free Trial

MCP Server and MX Metrics include a 15-day free trial on monthly subscriptions. During the trial period:

• You get full access to all features of the module
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial
• You will not be charged until day 16
• You may cancel anytime during the trial at no cost

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method will be charged at the standard monthly rate. Annual subscriptions do not include a free trial.

MX Proposals does not include a free trial. Instead, it offers a free tier with up to 5 active proposals. You can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time.

7. Refund Policy

Because we offer a free trial, refunds are generally not provided. You have 15 days to evaluate the software before any charge. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

After the trial, you may cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. For exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@mxwhmcsmodules.com.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Your subscription and license may end in the following ways:

Cancellation by You:

• Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Cancel during the free trial at no charge

Termination by Us:

• We may terminate your license if you violate these terms
• Specifically: redistributing code, using on unauthorized domains, or reverse engineering
• Failed payment after grace period may result in suspension

Upon Termination:

• You must remove the software from all installations
• You lose access to updates and support
• Sections on Limitation of Liability survive termination

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MX MODULES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Compatibility

Our modules are designed to work with specific versions of WHMCS, PHP, and MySQL as stated on each product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with:

• Unsupported WHMCS versions
• Modified or customized WHMCS installations
• Third-party modules that may conflict

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
